In order to publish to the homepage a pull request is needed. A pull request will trigger a few automation steps to verify the style and content of a page.

ALso automated scripts MUST trigger pull requests to the homepage. If all tests succeed a page or blog post enters the published web-site.

Site authors should always create a new branch for changes to the repository. Changes in the theme MUST get suggested and then submitted to the theme.
